My Bio

My name is Noonday and this, among other things, is what I do.  I am a father, runner, teacher, writer, and artist.  I wake and I run. During the day I delight in teaching American history and in my non-professional time, I create.  I hope what I write helps you, inspires you, and moves you forward.  Here's to living a life you love.
